Questionnaire: Sexualized Harms Inflicted by “Others” 

The following survey of 10 questions are for persons who has suffered NST/RAT . If you have sought help from various service providers such as, counsellors, doctors, social workers, nurses, clergy, police or legal professionals and have suffered sexualized victimization inflicted by these providers, please consider answering the following survey.

Please remember that if you have suffered such a violation(s) it is the person who harmed you who is responsible for the acts of violence they decided to commit against you as a person who they knew was potentially vulnerable.
